Professional Experience

Keith served his articles with Byron & Jooste which he completed in October, 1986. He was admitted as Partner in March, 2006.

Keith has gained extensive experience in the areas of Value Added Taxation having been a member of the team that worked on the introduction of VAT in 1992, and consulted extensively in this regard for many years. Keith was also a member of the team that worked on the introduction of the Companies Act 2008 in 2011.

Keith heads up our secretarial department in Durban and is also part of the Audit Division.
