PKF has a proud history of over 90 years in South Africa.

The firm, formerly Fisher Hoffman, grew rapidly in the late 1980s at a time when most of the medium sized accounting firms were being swallowed up in mergers, and an independent national network of firms in all major centres was formed.

We identified a global partner that would allow us to remain independent while expanding the reach and scope of our services to our clients and we joined the PKF International network in 1991. In 2005, marking the success of our relationship with our global associate, we adopted the PKF name.
