Paul has presented PKF's Annual Budget analysis every year since 1994 and authored its Annual Tax Guide since 1999 - a testament to the leading role he has long played in shaping the firm's tax expertise.

As Head of PKF South Africa Tax and a member of the PKF International Tax Committee, he is a CA(SA) and Master Tax Practitioner who specialises in tax disputes, tax litigation, tax planning and tax opinions.

He describes his expertise as covering 'almost anything on almost anything' in the tax space, a modest way of putting decades of experience across corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing and trust structuring.
