What is a training contract?
A training contract is a learnership contract for 3 years or more (depending on your qualifications when you join the firm). A training contract must be served at a registered training firm with SAICA accreditation. Your training contract is the practical component of your studies towards the CA (SA) designation. During the 3 years you spend at PKF, you will be given the opportunity to apply the knowledge you gained during your Undergraduate and CTA studies to real world situations.
